In Amaggi Denofa will get a strong owner with a solid position in Brazil and dedicated export markets. Amaggi has a big production of soyabeans on their own farms and they are a large industrial player with three extraction plants in Brazil. Amaggi has been an important supplier for Denofa for many years.
Adm. Dir. Øystein Haslum and the rest of management team continue in Denofa, and believe Amaggi as the majority owner of Denofa is very positive. This will strengthen Denofa’s ability to serve present markets and additionally be a good foundation for developing the company further.
